An Introduction to Farm Business Management

This course aims to help you understand the basic elements of managing a farm business and is pitched at an entry / introductory level.  We provide a brief overview of UK agriculture, plus look at different farm structures and rearing systems, major food markets and supply chains.  We help you to understand general financial management including the key overheads and income streams, look at the key aspects of decision making, and also help you to understand the cost of production and benchmarking, and much, much more.

This course can be delivered online or face to face.  We can also deliver this in-house (quotes available).
